Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of YaSage, the daily-brief assistant at yasage.com (“the service”). By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. How we handle your data is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

YaSage reads the calendar and personal context you connect and writes you a daily brief: upcoming events, preparation suggestions, occasion reminders, and a recommended action. The service is young and evolving — features may change, improve, or be withdrawn as it develops. The service is currently free; if that changes, we will tell you clearly before anything is charged.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You can stop using the service at any time — see “Ending things” below.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or connect data you have no right to share;
• probe, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the service;
• scrape the service, resell it, or access it by automated means other than the interfaces we provide;
• reverse-engineer the service except where law permits.

Your calendar, contacts, bio, and the people and dates you add remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service: to store and process that content to generate your briefs and related features, as described in the Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights to it.

Briefs, tips, insights, and preparation packs are generated by an AI model. They are suggestions, not professional advice — and they can be wrong: a time misread, a detail misjudged, a recommendation that doesn’t fit. Always check the brief against your actual calendar before acting on it, especially for anything important. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but it is provided without uptime guarantees. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or development reasons.

You can leave at any time: revoke YaSage’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and email khaled@khaledelahmad.com to have your data deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If these terms change materially we will update this page and the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
